Quickest Way to Lose WeightAre you sick and tired of feeling sick and tired?  I was too.  At 49 and 45 my husband and I both were overweight and felt years older than we should have.  We'd been on diets over the years but never seemed to stick with them too well.

And then something changed....we went to visit my parents.  Both in their late 70's and in way better shape than us AND most of our friends.

And they do it so easily.  They eat right ....and they exercise.  Both in moderation.

Gee...is that all it takes???

 

So, in January we decided to give it a shot.  We both started walking 30 minutes a day and we went on a reduced calorie diet.  Well, it just didn't work quite fast enough for us.  So we made a few changes and you won't BELIEVE the difference it made!  I went from a size 12 pants to a size 8 in 40 days.  And my husband lost 6 inches on his waist in just a month.

And we basically did it in 3 simple steps.

1)  We divided our work out into 3 split sessions per day instead of 1

2)  We followed a detox diet for a week to rid our bodies of all the junk that has built up over the years

3)  We started following a low carb rotation diet.

Why did we follow this plan?  As past Curves fitness owners we firmly believe in the power of exercise and we've consistantly seen faster results with low carb.  And if you ever want to lose weight in your stomach fast...low carb is the way to go.

And everything you read these days discusses the power of detox.  And we've proven that it really works.  Not only do we feel 15 years longer...we look a lot younger too!

After the first six weeks we work out 45-60 minutes per day, but we vary the workout from day to day.  And we still follow the principles of the detox/carb rotation...BUT we do everything in moderation and if we want something....we EAT it!

We don't follow a diet anymore, we follow a lifestyle.  And we love it.

So, on the next few pages are the things we used.  AND since the same things don't always work for everyone, we've listed some other diets that have worked well for our friends.

Just remember...keep it simple!  And don't push too hard.  Anything you change is the start to an improvement to your health.  All you have to do is.....GET STARTED!
